Jelqing and Safety
The truth? Jelqing is a very safe, very natural and completely controlled male enhancement exercise. The likelihood of injury is very, very low. As a matter of fact, the most common injuries that are suffered as a consequence of jelqing have NOTHING to do with the actual exercises themselves! Rather…they are almost always a result of adding “props” or other accoutrements to the process, like hanging weights, or pumps, pulleys or extenders, and the like.
The Easiest Way to Avoid Injury While Jelqing
Simply stay au natural. Use no outside devices at all. (especially hanging weights) The truth is, the movements that one learns when mastering the jelq are NOT so different than many other more natural motions one would be accustomed to from sex. And of course….most people would agree that sex is pretty safe, right? The problem occurs when people introduce “amplifiers” to the jelq, that cause unnecessary strain, tension or traction on the sensitive, spongy tissue in the penis. (or the important ligaments and blood vessels that aren’t designed to be pulled in an “un-natural” way)
The Bottom Line, is…..
Jelqing is 100% safe when learned, and practiced properly. All you need to get great gains from jelqing is your own 2 hands…and a desire to see sensational size improvements in a hurry! (but remember to avoid any OUTSIDE products as they aren’t necessary…and often aren’t safe to boot!)
